Warranties:
If offered, all items carry the manufacturer's warranties. All warranty
work is handled by the respective manufacturer. Warranty and contact information
will be supplied with the product.
Ezflyfish.com Return/Exchange Policy:
Refunds or exchanges will be gladly given on items that are unused and in the original packaging. If the item is not clean & in new condition we will not accept it for return nor exchange. All sales FINAL on items offered at SALE PRICE, Clearance or
Closeout.
You may request a Return Authorization number up to 30 days after your order ship date.
Please email us at info@ezflyfish.com for a Return Authorization
number and instructions. We do not issue RA#'s by phone. Please include your order number and a description of the reason for your return. Refunds or exchanges will not be given
without a Return Authorization number.
Returned items must have all of the original literature in place.
All returns will be assessed a 10% re-stocking fee or $20.00, whichever is less.
You are responsible for the shipping & insurance on any items you return.
Shipping charges are not refunded and in the case of our free shipping policy, a $7.50 charge will be assessed against your credit request to cover the original shipping charges that we incurred shipping the product to you.
A $10.00 shipping and handling fee will be charged for exchanges.
Refunds are not offered on gift certificates.
Special Order items are non-returnable.
All sales FINAL on items offered at SALE PRICE, Clearance or
Closeout.
Sales Tax:
There is a 7% sales tax for North Carolina residents.

Coupon/Discount Policy:
If you have a coupon code, please enter it in the coupon code box on the order form.
The best way to keep up with available coupons/discounts is to
subscribe to our newsletter,
you'll always be first to know! Only one coupon or discount can be applied to each
order. If more than one discount applies such as items on sale, outfits, package deals (ie: reels w/lines),
we will automatically apply the larger discount.

128-bit SSL encryption. When you enter your credit card number into the
order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled)
